Factory Sealed Return Allowance (1): Return allowance for all vendors during current quarter and is based on previous calander quarter purchases for all vendors. Any exceptions are explained in the comment section for each vendor.

DOA Return Allowance (2): Return allowance for each specific vendor during current quarter and is based on previous calander quarter purchases for each specific vendor. Any exceptions are explained in the comment section for each vendor.

Open Box Return Allowance (3): Return allowance for each specific vendor during current quarter and is based on previous calander quarter purchases for each specific vendor. Any exceptions are explained in the comment section for each vendor.

Combined Factory Sealed & Open Box Return Allowance (4): Return maximum for all vendors during current quarter and is based on previous calander quarter purchases for all vendors. This is the absolute maximum return allowance during a quarter for all returns, except DOA. Any exceptions are explained in the comment section for each vendor.

Return Timeframe to SYNNEX for Open Box (if allowed) & DOA Product (5): Effective start date is the invoice / packing slip date from SYNNEX.

Return Timeframe Direct to Vendor for All Return Types (6): Effective start date is the invoice / packing slip date from SYNNEX.
